How can I get my invoice?

You can receive your invoice as an e-invoice or paper invoice (29 SEK/month). If you add your invoice as an e-invoice, you avoid the transaction fee, you do it in your internet bank, by searching for invoice recipient "FOREX Kreditkort".

Which purchases can I pay for in installments?

You have the option of setting up all purchases between SEK 3,000 and SEK 20,000 as an interest-free installment. Please note that it must be a complete purchase and must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. You can post as many purchases as you want provided you have a credit limit that covers your purchases.

How do I create an interest-free instalment?

You can create an interest-free instalment in the FOREX Credit Card app or in the Credit Card Portal.

How do I pay my invoice with Swish?

You pay your invoice with Swish in the FOREX Credit Card app.Here's how: 1. Log in to the FOREX Credit Card app with Mobile BankID. 2. Go to "Invoices" in the menu, where your invoice will be visible as soon as it becomes available (no later than the 25th of the month). 3. Tap "Pay with Swish". 4. Continue with the payment in Swish.

In the FOREX Credit Card app and in the Credit Card Portal, you can choose to set up an interest-free instalment. You can choose to:

Pay in installments specific purchases between 3 000 - 20 000 SEK that are made within 30 days.
Pay in installments in 6, 12 or 24 months and pay a monthly fee of SEK 57 per month.

The installment payment has 0% interest, but there is a fee of SEK 57 per month. See effective interest rate and calculation examples below*.

ATM withdrawals, currency purchases, bill payments, or balance transfers cannot be paid in installments.

* Fee instalment: 57 SEK per month, example for purchases of 10 000 SEK. 6 months: effective interest rate, 12.27%, total amount to be paid 10 342 SEK, monthly amount 1 724 SEK. 12 months: effective interest rate, 13.12%, total amount to be paid 10 684 SEK, monthly amount 890 SEK. 24 months: effective interest rate, 13.38%, total amount to be paid 11 368 SEK, monthly amount 474 SEK.

With FOREX Credit Card you can make payments and withdraw cash. Regular annual fee 225 SEK. Credit interest rate currently 16.99% (2025-02-01), variable. For a utilized credit of 20,000 SEK, the effective interest rate is 16.96% when paying by e-invoice and the total amount to be paid is 21,713 SEK when paying by e-invoice. The amount is calculated based on an example where the credit is repaid in 12 months (average installment amount 1,809 SEK when paying by e-invoice) and that 39 interest-free days are utilized and that the credit is utilized without a fee for cash withdrawal.

Cash withdrawals within the EU/EEA incl. Sweden cost 2% of the withdrawn amount, however a minimum of 40 SEK per withdrawal. Cash withdrawals outside the EU/EEA and at FOREX (ATM/store) are free of charge. The currency exchange rate is 0% on the exchange rate. If the entire account debt is not paid at once, the account debt must be repaid through monthly payments of at least 3%. The minimum payment amount is, however, 150 SEK, but no more than the debt on the account. The cancellation fee is 29 SEK/paper invoice, 0 SEK if you use e-invoice. The agreement is valid until further notice and the right of withdrawal applies.

The current annual interest rate can be found on your monthly invoice or in the card terms and conditions. To get the monthly interest rate, divide the annual interest rate by twelve. The interest is calculated from the due date of the invoice until the amount is paid.

Please note that you will not pay any interest if you repay the full amount of the invoice by the due date of the invoice.
