Refunds in case of cancellation

Sometimes there are unsettled circumstances in the world, which has the consequence that you are forced to cancel your trip. The reasons can be anything from war, terrorist acts and epidemics to natural disasters or anything else that has made your destination unsuitable to visit.

Then it is extra sad to lose money for the expenses you had before the trip. That's why we choose to offer a simple and flexible solution. With us, you can exchange your travel currency at the original exchange rate free of charge when you need to cancel a trip in accordance with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs' list of countries you are advised not to visit. 

This applies to refunds in the event of cancellation

If something unforeseen happens to your trip and it is cancelled, you can exchange your full currency amount, free of charge and at the same rate you bought the currency for.

• You must be able to present a receipt for currency purchases from FOREX
• You must be able to present a certificate of cancellation from an airline or tour operator. If you have become ill yourself, this does not apply.
• The refund is for the same currency amount as stated on the receipt.
• The repurchase must be made no later than 6 months after the date of departure.
