If you buy an item over the internet for at least SEK 1,000, you have automatic delivery protection via your FOREX Credit Card. It applies if the item has been damaged or lost during delivery or is missing from the delivered package.
It is important that you first contact the company to get information about what applies to your particular product or service, for any rebooking or refund. It is the company that will compensate in the first place. If the issue is not resolved, you can download a claim form and send your complaint to the card issuer. Always keep all receipts and other essential information from your purchase as confirmation.
